These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to crikex's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents crikex from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration proceedings.
